1. Scrolling in list views
The list view can be scrolled in the usual ways as well as some unusual ways:- The scroll bars can be used to scroll horizontally or vertically. The size and position of the scrollers can be configured.
- Use the mouse wheel to scroll vertically. If supported, horizontal scrolling is possible as well (e.g., two-finger scrolling on touch pads).
1.1. Right-button scrolling
In Worker it is also possible to use the right mouse button to use an alternative scrolling method.Depending on the mouse position within the list view, different scrolling actions are execute.
- Clicking the outer sections (blue and yellow): When clicking the right mouse button on these areas, the list view is scrolled continuously as long as the mouse button is held, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally corresponding to the clicked section. The distance to the center defines the scrolling speed.
- When the center section is clicked with the right mouse button (the red section), an panning scroll
mode is activated. The mouse can be moved left or right, or up or down to set the scroll direction.
Once the direction is set, the position of the mouse pointer within the list view directly defines the scroll position.
This scroll mode allows for fast scrolling in large list views.
